Voucher Operations

The Voucher Server supports bulk manipulation of Vouchers via the concept of Voucher Operations.

To access the Voucher Operations wizard select the Voucher Operations menu link.

Voucher Operations process changes over a given Serial Number range, changes are applied to any Vouchers that fall within the provided range, however the range itself does not need to contain vouchers for each Serial Number within the range.

The following properties may be altered across a Serial Number range:

Voucher states may be updated between Active or Locked.

The Active state for a Voucher indicates if the parent Voucher Batch is redeemable that the Voucher may be redeemed. The Locked state for a Voucher indicates that the Voucher is locked and no actions may be performed against that Voucher.

Update Reseller

Updating the reseller sets a reseller value on the Voucher, this is purely for information purposes when searching Vouchers.

Update Distributor

Updating the Distributor sets a reseller value on the Voucher, this is purely for information purposes when searching Vouchers.

Update Range

In the following example we will update a Voucher Range between 600,000 and 620,000 marking them as Active, while also setting the Reseller and Distributor fields to N-Squared Software.

Selecting Schedule Changes will automatically schedule the changes for the server to process. The wizard will automatically update to show progress and finally show a summary once the process has completed.
