Administration Functions
The N2ACD Administration GUI is a browser-based web application with full functionality for managing the N2ACD platform from both desktop and tablet web browsers. Whereas the N2ACD Flow Editor is designed for BAU tasks such as the design and scheduling of call flows, the administration GUI provides access to less regularly used functions including:
- Customer record creation.
- Editing of resources used in flow control including geography and holiday sets.
- Changing the parent customer for individual customers.
- Movement of service between customers.
- System, user and report management.
Access to the administration GUI is generally restricted to internal teams, with access governed by an authentication provider separate to that used by N2ACD-FE.
