The N2FE User Interface replaces the out-of-the-box Java service self-management UI with an HTTP(S) pure-web front end which integrates with modern Telco web-portals. This enhanced UI also supports integration with user-directories such as Active Directory and LDAP, as well as other integrated Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms.
The N2FE security and provisioning layer replaces direct database access with an intermediate RESTful API. This documented interface allows for secure, simplified integration for external automated provisioning and BSS functions.
The service-owner self-mananagement portal offers download of Call Data Records in CSV/XLS format. Alternatively, service owners can simply view recent call records via the graphical user interface.
The N2FE system includes an optional OLAP database module which aggregates call reports according to source, destination, time, product type, call-duration, and other attributes relevant to business analytics. These aggregated values can be reported via SQL command line, or displayed using a third-party graphical analytics tool such as Tableau.
